Veterinary and
Management Solutions, Inc. is the corporate entity which
encompasses the equine veterinary services provided by Kerri A. Belsito, DVM
and the business consultant group managed by Dr. Belsito.
Dr. Belsito has extensive
experience in the equine and dairy industries all over the country. She herself
competes on the local hunter/jumper circuit and attends many events of
different disciplines and therefore has the opportunity to observe horses and
riders in those environments.
The focus of all aspects of
Veterinary and Management Solutions, Inc. is the education of the human
component so that individuals can craft and maintain a strong foundation which
can be successfully built upon.

Dr. Kerri Belsito,
a native New Englander, graduated from Tufts University School of Veterinary
Medicine in Massachusetts in 1997. Throughout high school, college and vet
school, she actively participated in the equine industry in the Northeast,
focusing on teaching and competing in eventing and dressage. Kerri completed
her internship at Chino Valley Equine Hospital, a full service referral
facility in Southern California's racing country in 1998. In 1999, she received
her MBA from Colorado State. After graduate school, she spent 2 years in
private equine practice with a medical and surgical group outside of Portland,
OR where she had the opportunity to work with many of the NW's top hunters and
jumpers. Dr. Belsito has the utmost respect for the horse and takes a common
sense approach to horsemanship. Kerri started her own equine practice in
Colorado in 2002. Her passion is performance horses and educating their humans.

Born in Fairview, Montana, Dr.
Richard Wheeler worked as an indentured servant on his family's farm and ranch
in partial retribution to his father for bringing him into this world. He
earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at Colorado State University in
1999, and commenced on an internship in Ambulatory and Production Medicine at
Cornell University. Richard continued his sojourn at Cornell with a Residency
in Theriogenology. Dr. Wheeler achieved Board Certification in Reproduction by
the American College of Theriogenologists in 2002.
Dr. Wheeler returned to the great American west in 2003, opened Poudre River
Veterinary Clinic in Fort Collins and provides expertise in reproduction and
medicine for large and small animals. He is also an affiliate faculty member at
Colorado State University where he specializes in and teaches Canine
Reproduction. Dr. Wheeler's special interest is in breeding and diagnosis of
abortion.
